I think the message is just referring to Ikki, the last bronze saint after Geki is released, i do not believe Bandai would announce V1s when there is still Poseidon Generals and Asgard Warriors yet to be released, unless somehow they decide to mix next years schedule with Generals, god warriors and v1s but highly unlikely.
