The Making of 'Green Destiny Sword' Letter Opener

There are several procedures before the letter opener is produced.

First, it is necessary to make a plastic model according to the original sword of the comic. Although it is a primitive model, it is crucial.

The model is about 9 inches long, which is longer than the final creation because only if it is big enough that our craftsman will be able to carve the sword detail with the best quality. As you see the guard, you may find that it is made of several beautiful layers. This indicates that sometimes technology may help to produce a creation in an easier way, but craftsmanship can never be replaced by machine if one wants to sculpt the creation with passionate temperament.

When this model is done, we will then pass the job to the computer and let it to adjust the primitive model into a 4 inches mold. Then we will pour melted metal into the mold to produce the final version of the letter opener. Finally, we will spray not less than four different colors onto the letter opener. When this task is finished, the product can be packed and send to our customers.

其實同港版無分別！分別只在於紙咭上！
