GIF animation need help

Hi there, i browsed thru the whole forum but still cannot find this.

Do you guys remember there is a black and white animated GIF that show very smooth animation...one little guy keep on attacking till blast off the whole world....then there is another one from Japan...a guy trying to escape from the cop, till jump on a helicopter and blast it off.....thanks thanks
